All AGRULINE fittings are now made of PE 100-RC (RC = resistant to cracks). Modified PE 100, which until recently was only used for special, customer-specific applications, is now used throughout the entire AGRULINE product range. The main technical advantage of PE 100-RC is that it is significantly more resistant to slow crack growth. This saves costs during installation, improves safety, and extends the service life of the entire piping system.

In order to meet the constantly increasing requirements, we have expanded our product range with electrically conductive plastic ball valves. They are available in the materials PP-EL, PE-EL as well as PVDF-EL. The admixture of additives allows the starting polymers to have an electrical conductivity. This was confirmed by our tests and by our ATEX approval according to the EU Directive 94/9 / CE in the area of CE Ex II 2 GD T4 to T6. The tightly welded monoblock design increases the safety against media leakage. The integrated flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1 PN10 / 16 allow easy connection to the standard pipe systems.
The "iAM LOCK" PP pipe fittings are an ideal alternative in the "small" nominal widths, to welded pipe systems in the field of chemistry, water treatment, in industrial processes, e.g. the refuse incineration plants (CHPs), etc.
This tested product fulfills all technical requirements, just as a welded PP pipe system and is also easy to install.
Ideal for quick repairs or conversions. Can be used permanently.
