Our extremely robust hose diaphragm valve is manually, pneumatically or electrically operated.

It has a free passage in the open state and is therefore ideal for acids, alkalis, aggressive liquids, sludges, waste water, sand-water mixtures, ore and coal sludge, abrasive media such as cement, lime, gypsum, flour, etc., granules, sand, loam, clay, pulp, contaminated liquids, syrups, juices, mash.

The housing is made of GG25 with polyester powder coating, the interchangeable hose inserts of various rubber and synthetic rubber grades, such as NR, NR food-grade light, NBR, CR, IIR, CSM, PTFE. The hose insert is continuous and at the same time serves as a flange seal.

The operation is positively controlled, so that even with sticky or caking media safe opening is guaranteed.

Pinch valves type QV40
 

Our extremely robust pinch valve is directly supplied with the control medium (usually compressed air, water, neutral gases), ie. no mechanically acting drive is necessary.

It has a cylindrical, full passage in the open state and is therefore excellently suited for dusty and abrasive media, such as e.g. cement, lime, gypsum, flour, etc., granules, sand, loam, clay, pastes, ore and coal sludges, contaminated liquids, sludges, waste water, feed, syrups, juices, mash, air, water, aggressive media, pneumatic conveyors.

The housing is optionally made of GG25 or aluminum (up to DN 200 with polyester powder coating), the interchangeable hose inserts of various rubber and synthetic rubber qualities, such as NR, NBR, CR, IIR, CSM, FPM. In addition to GG and Alu, the product-contacting conical flange can also be designed with sockets in PP (polypropylene) or stainless steel 1.4301 and 1.4571. The valves can also be supplied completely made of stainless steel or up to DN50 made of plastic - POM / PVC.

As a result, a very wide range of different media can be covered.
