Extrusion welding - proven, powerful and user-friendly

All manual welding extruders are equipped with 3-zone screws. This allows not only the processing of PE80, PE100, PP, PVC and PVDF* welding wire, but also immediate material change, e.g. from PE to PP. The regulation of the melt temperature by measuring directly in the melt ensures a constant temperature of the extrudate. A digital display shows the actual and setpoint values of the mass and air temperature. The wire feeder is designed so that a uniform feeding is guaranteed without additional conveyor aid.
