Ball Valves

Simple and safe shut-off

Ball valves are the simplest solution for secure shutting off.

The free circular passage in the "OPEN" position ensures little pressure loss. The ball enables the flow to be shut off quickly.
Our ball valves stand out because they can be connected in so many different ways. The top flange dimensions in line with DIN EN ISO 5211 allow straightforward automation. We recommend the FRANK ball valve with relief well for gas emitting media.

Due to a special plastic thread on the valve it has a higher stability against disruption than usual pipe threads and a better operating safety because of a double shaft seal. For an easy assembly a clamp is integrated.

  • Nominal diameter: DN 10 - DN 100
  • Housing made of: PVC-U, PVC-C, PP, PVDF
  • Gaskets made of: EPDM, FEP, FKM, FKM-F

Monoblock plastic ball valves - now also electrically conductive!

In order to meet the constantly increasing requirements, we have also been conducting electrically conductive plastic ball valves for quite some time. The admixture of additives allows the starting polymers to have an electrical conductivity. This was confirmed by our tests and confirmed by our ATEX approval according to the EU Directive 94/9 / CE in the area of CE Ex II 2 GD T4 to T6. The tightly welded monoblock design increases the safety against media leakage. The integrated flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1 PN10 / 16 allow easy connection to the standard pipe systems.

Typical applications for electrically conductive plastic ball valves are in the fields of process engineering, electroplating, biotechnology and chemistry with highly aggressive, explosive media or environments.
