Robust shut-off valve for sophisticated applications

Butterfly valves are characterized by their short overall length.

Our ASAHI plastic butterfly valves are robust valves for extremely sophisticated applications. They are corrosion resistant and easy to handle thanks to the top flange dimensions being in line with DIN EN ISO 5211 for automation and thanks to their relatively low weight.
Our butterfly valves are available with a lever which can be locked in 5° increments or with a corrosion proof plastic gear unit.

A wide array of housing- and sealing material allow a selection of the optimum configuration for the respective application.

For all available nominal diameters, our butterfly valves also come with pneumatic and electrical actuators.

Butterfly valve lug type 57L

We also supply butterfly valves lug style made of plastic with lug-insert made of stainless steel. The lug style valve enables easy and uncomplicated maintenance on reservoirs, tanks and pipe systems without extensive emptying and at existing operating pressure.
