Stem elongation

To ease the actuation of the different valves when you have difficult installation situations, we also offer adapted stem elongations.
The standard valve stays in its position and is adjusted.

Automation - Individually matched to your processes

Pneumatic or electrical valves to control and monitor pipe systems are absolutely essential for industrial operations. The modular construction and the flexible drive elements enable customer specific automation.

Top flange dimensions in accordance with DIN EN ISO 5211 make it easy to automate valves retrospectively and individually, independently of the manufacturer. The type of drive used is dependent on the available power supply and the application.

Pneumatic drives are common in process engineering plants as a compressed air network is often already present. Their high control speed is advantageous. There is a distinction between single and double-acting drives. The single-acting drives are mainly used in pipe systems where the valve has to adopt a fail-safe position induced by the system in the event of an accident.
We can supply everything from one source. This includes the modular construction of separate limit switches, solenoid valves for electronic pilot control of the actuators and also positioners.

Electrical drives can be designed for direct current or for single and three phase alternating current as preferred. The additional functions such as limit switch and control are built into the drive. A distinction is made between the on/off actuators and control drives.

Pneumatic rotary actuator for the operation of valves with rotary actuator 90°/180°

We differ between double and single acting actuators. The single acting actuators are installed in pipelines, where, in case of damage, a special safety position is required in the plant.

We recommend pneumatic KINETROL rotary actuators. They operate according to the principle of rotary wing pneumatics and do without lever arms, toothed rods and translations and thus also to a wear of the intermeshing moving elements, e.g. Tooth flanks. This allows the reduction of a pure torque without disturbing lateral forces at the output quadrant. The drives are characterized by a compact, weight-saving and variable design.

Electric actuator - for the operation of valves with rotary actuator 90°/180°

Optional for DC- as well as for 1- and 3- phases AC. Besides standard actuators, we also offer actuators with special voltage or for Ex-protection (EEx de II CT4/5, for Z3 EEx d II CT5).

Limit switch box for pneumatic rotary actuators

Micro switch, Slot- or double initiator in 2- or 3- wire execution.

Solenoid valves NAMUR/module system

Solenoid valves are used for the electromagnetic control of pneumatic actuators to avoid several air lines.
In most industrial applications monostable solenoid valves are used with a return spring which have a defined (safety-) rest position, but to stay in the operating position require continuous electricity. Bistable solenoid valves (with 2 electromagnets) only require short-term electricity, to reach the required piston position in each case. They remain unchanged until new switching (pulse contact control).

Silencer

Silencer are directly screwed in the ejector opening of a pneumatic actuator or pilot valve. The rejected air passes off into the atmosphere at simultaneous extension/ tension release through the porous body. Size and pore structure of the silencer are optimally tuned to decrease the noise by approx. 20 decibel. Silencer are tested at 14 bar, the max. allowed working overpressure.

Throttle silencer

Throttle silencer are directly screwed into the ejector opening of a pneumatic actuator or pilot valve. The rejected air passes off into the atmosphere at simultaneous extions/ tension release through the porous body. The noise level when emptying the corresponding air line will be reduced by approx. 20%. The integrated needle valve serves as elongation of the free cross section and therefore the manipulating time of the corresponding unit.
